Anritsu Corporation and Artiza Networks have agreed to work together on an Open RAN test solution.
The Open RAN concept uses open specifications for network interfaces to facilitate the expansion of services by sourcing from multiple vendors, reducing costs and deploying AI applications, and to create a new ecosystem as a long-term business opportunity driver. Mobile network operators and equipment suppliers are promoting Open RAN testing and implementation under the guidance of advertising groups, including the O-RAN ALLIANCE.
An overview of Anritsu and Artiza Networks test solutions
This collaboration combines Anritsu solutions for testing wireless networks for measurements at the physical level, such as signal analyzers and signal generators, with Artiza Networks solutions for testing the load of base stations/networks for the upper levels to offer comprehensive high-level solutions to the problems faced by Open RAN.
Anritsu will contribute to the development of Open RAN with customers and partners around the world.
