Anritsu Corporation, a global provider of innovative testing and measurement solutions, now provides advanced artificial intelligence capabilities to solve complex problems in wireless communication systems using proven DeepSig machine learning technology. The radio frequency spectrum is a valuable asset that needs to be managed, shared, and optimally utilized in wireless networks. There are fewer and fewer new radio frequencies needed to enable the use of 6G, and more and more attention is being paid to the development of new spectrum sharing methods. Traditional RF sensing methods face limitations in dynamically changing wireless environments, and better monitoring and characterization of the signal is required.

Anritsu solved this problem by collaborating with Deepsig to offer an innovative solution combining the capabilities of the Anritsu MS2090A Field Master Pro spectrum analyzer with DeepSig wireless signal detection and classification software based on proprietary Artificial Intelligence (AI) deep learning algorithms. Using a data-driven deep learning approach allows Anritsu to quickly integrate new radio signal models into its capabilities using DeepSig's ML learning tools. Radio frequency signals of interest from various new sources, such as drones and IoT devices, can be studied quickly and accurately within days, rather than months, to meet the rapidly changing requirements of customers. These advanced technologies also form the basis for radio frequency sensing using artificial intelligence for 6G.

This integrated solution will allow customers to increase network performance, optimize spectrum usage and achieve real-time adaptation to changing radio conditions.
